Payment Process

1. APPROVED PAYMENT

Upon payment approval, Stout Building Contractors will send lienwaivers.io your payment along with a lienwaiver for you to sign.

2. REVIEW & SIGN YOUR LIEN WAIVERS

You’ll receive an email notification whenever new lien waivers are available for review. Lien waivers can be signed electronically from a desktop computer or smartphone to ensure you receive your payment promptly. You’ll also receive copies of your lien waivers by email for your records. You’ll also be prompted to supply information for any third tier subcontractors/suppliers. The lien waiver request will then be sent to any third tier subcontractors/suppliers involved.

3. GET PAID

lienwaivers.io will deposit your payment into your bank account via same day ACH (restrictions apply). Once your payment clears, we’ll release your lien waiver to your contractor.
