SDS BINDERWORKS

Starting June 1, 2020, Stout Building Contractors has moved to a company-wide SDS binder through SDS Binderworks. This digital binder can be accessed in two ways:

1. Online: www.sdsbinderworks.com

2. Downloading the SDS Binderworks App

Upon project award, follow these easy steps:

• Sign into SDSBinderworks (SDSBW) using the formula below
  Username: You’ll simply use your company name without spaces in the following format: FirstSecondThird.
  For example: Stout Building Contractor’s user name would be: StoutBuildingContractors.
  Password: StoutSDS

• Confirm all necessary Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are in Stout’s inventory

• Add any missing SDS from the SDSBW database

• Request SDS/upload a PDF of your own SDS if not present in the SDSBW database

•  Mark the subcontract agreement that you have either:
  A) confirmed or uploaded all Safety Data Sheets into Stout’s digital SDS Binder
  OR
  B) don’t have any Safety Data Sheets to upload (this is rare)

Accessing the Stout SDS Binder

You’ll be able to log in anytime to access SDS throughout the course of the project using the same username and password above. Subcontractors who do a second (or more) project with us will already have an account made and use the same steps to add, update, or upload new Safety Data Sheets.
